Free Worldwide Standard Delivery:

We offer a WORLDWIDE RETURNS service within 14 days of receipt of order. Standard online returns policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (14 days from receipt of order).
Returning an order:
Please contact us on via email email@example.com to confirm receipt of goods.
Once we have issued you with an acknowledgement of your return, we will also specify the return address in London E5. Please arrange a convenient shipping service to return the goods.
Upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued to the account used for the payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account. Please note that exchanges are based on stock availability and may not always be available. Marian Eespäev is not responsible for delivery.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Marian Eespaev garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
